| Users review: For starters, I'm not sure what some of the other reviews I expected to see in this film. Larry Crowne is not a sizzling drama, fast action movie, or over-the-top comedy is, and is not likely to win a lot of Oscars for acting, script or achievements GOT else for that matter. What is, however, well-written, entertaining movie that is very well behaved and very pleasant. The story has little to develop, but do it in an organic way, which does not give too much too soon. Cast was well chosen, and I found the characters are well developed and really fun people. Like most other films, there are certainly some licensed under the Creative taken that most everything is funny and likable, which is what you want from a movie like this. If only real life was filled with such wonderful people, we should all be so lucky.There there are some loose ends that can be sewn a little better (like many of the reviews I read), but I'm not sure at all necessary to the story. Viewers these days, it seems that the need for everything to be spelled out to the nth degree. If it was not decisive for the history unfold, not make its way to the hotel. There's something to be said for films that leave much to the imagination of the viewer, when the movie is over, I keep thinking about it for a moment, you lee, left seat.I to watch it again. I left feeling good, with a smile on his face, which is what I was looking for when I decide to watch it. |
